Most KODIA AI work is custom digital service delivery. Refund eligibility depends on the signed proposal, completed work, reserved time, third-party costs, and project stage.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be sent by email with the project reference, reason, and requested outcome.
Non-refundable items
Discovery work, strategy, completed milestones, custom design/development, third-party charges, and approved deliverables may be non-refundable.
Review process
We review requests fairly against the agreed scope and applicable consumer requirements.
